Rejoice: in-person meetings are officially back!

We’re delighted to be bringing back regular in-person meetings in London!

After taking a long break due to the Covid-19 pandemic and establishing an online routine for all our activities, Spectrum Writers London is now entering our hybrid era. Starting in January 2024, we are introducing a minimum of one in-person critique session a month, in addition to any online critique sessions going on. This way, we hope to bring more in-person connection to our London members, while still keeping our activities accessible to everyone, regardless of where they are based.

The next in-person critique is on the 17th of January at 7pm, at the Leather Exchange pub near London Bridge station. All spots are full at the moment, but feel free to sign up for the waiting list. More events will be listed for February soon.

We will also be increasing our in-person socials; our first one of the year is a visit to the British Library’s Fantasy literature exhibition on the 20th of January, followed by drinks at a nearby pub.

Join us if you can, and keep an eye out for more in-person events scheduled over the next coming months. We can’t wait to see your familiar faces, or meet you if you’re new!
