When a write-together event is past, please copy the attendance list shortcode from the Organisers page into here for record-keeping.
To avoid any confusion with our event branding/categories, write-togethers are intended for group timed writing sprints only. If your session had an attached workshop on a particular topic, please add it to the Workshop Attendance Archive instead.
- Go to the top of the current year, add a new paragraph, then type “/write” and select the Write Together Attendance Archive pattern.
- Fill out the details by changing the text as required (eg. keep only ‘In Person’ or ‘Online’ depending on the event type, and add the organiser names).
- Add the names and details of any last-minute drop-offs or no-shows. If you need more rows, press the Edit Table icon at the top and select ‘Insert Row After’ as many times as you need.
- Add any personal notes at the bottom, before the separator line. Use this space for an informal report on how the event went, any incidents/weird moments/behaviour you’d like to keep note of, etc.
