Not written for anything in particular, I just enjoyed the concept for a short story. No strict word count, so any recommendations for additions are welcome, though ideally to be kept below 5k.

1. Is the lack of driving tension noticeable/detrimental?

2. Does the ending work?

3. Was it funny?

Hi all, if possible it would be great to get this reviewed before Nov, so I can take part in the Short Story contest, but I understand if that’s a bit of a tight turn around!
