This is the start of the third chapter of the sequel to my cyberpunk novel so it may be confusing in terms of missing context. However, I think it’ll be useful to see where confusion lies.

It’s also EXTREMELY unedited, as this is my first draft but I wanted to get general feedback on where the points of confusion are and whether this part of the novel keeps the reader engaged and general strengths and weaknesses.

Due to it being unedited, I’m not looking for feedback on the prose or grammar or the line-level stuff.
