This is an admin only page.
When a write-together event is past, copy the attendance shortcode from the Organisers page into here for record-keeping. Feel free to add any notes underneath that would be relevant for the other admins to know, like last minute drop-offs, no-shows, or any inappropriate behaviour we should keep tabs on.
To add a new record:
- Go to the top of the current year, add a new paragraph, then type “/write” and select the Write Together Attendance Archive pattern.
- Fill out the details by changing the text as required (eg. keep only ‘In Person’ or ‘Online’ depending on the event type, add the organiser names, include any relevant workshop details).
- Add the names and details of any last-minute drop-offs or no-shows. If you need more rows, press the Edit Table icon at the top and select ‘Insert Row After’ as many times as you need.
- Add any personal notes at the bottom, before the separator line. Use this space for an informal report on how the event went, any incidents/weird moments/behaviour you’d like to keep note of, etc.
